Get Involved - VOLUNTEER!

The Chico Animal Shelter is YOUR community animal shelter, and there are many ways that you can get involved.  

Volunteers are the life blood of any animal shelter, and we are always accepting new volunteers to help with a variety of tasks.  Some can even be done from the comfort of your own home!

DOG WALKING
This is one of our more popular activities at the shelter.  If you're interested in walking dogs at the shelter, you will first need to go through a dog walking orientation.  You can sign up for upcoming orientations by clicking on the button below.  Check back frequently as we are always adding new orientations!
